If you use the contact form on this website, the data you enter (such as your name, email address, and message) will be transmitted to us.
We process this data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and any follow-up questions.
Service provider
For the technical provision of the contact form, we use Airform.io (Airform Inc., USA). Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form to Airform’s servers and then securely forwarded to our email address.
To protect the form against spam and abuse, Airform uses Google reCAPTCHA. When you submit the form, reCAPTCHA may collect and transmit information such as your IP address and browser data to Google (Google LLC, USA).
After submission, you will be redirected to Airform’s confirmation page. On this page, third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare Insights may be loaded. These services can set cookies and may transfer personal data to the USA. Further details can be found in Airform’s privacy policy.
Legal basis
The processing of your form data is based on our legitimate interest in enabling efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, on steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The use of reCAPTCHA and the subsequent loading of third-party services on Airform’s confirmation page are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide before submitting the form.
International data transfers
Since Airform and the third-party services mentioned are based in the USA, data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are currently based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
Storage
We store your inquiry only as long as necessary to process it or as long as statutory retention obligations require.
Disclosure
Your data will not be passed on to other third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about the data we process, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
